Digital service

BEAUTIER AI is a digital subscription service. Because premium content and AI-generated audits are made available immediately upon subscription, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once premium features have been accessed.

Discretionary refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, technical faults preventing use of the service, or if you cancel within 24 hours of first purchase and have not accessed premium content. Contact support@beautier.ai to request review.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights available under Canadian law.
